Cookies

A session cookie is set when you sign in. Analytics cookies load only after you accept the consent banner. Google AdSense serves in non-personalized mode until you accept; after accepting, ads may be personalized using cookies set by Google. Declining keeps the site fully functional with non-personalized ads.

What we collect

  • If you create an account: username, email, hashed password.
  • If you submit a testimony: the text you write, and any consent information you provide about anonymization.
  • If you consent to analytics: aggregate page views via the analytics backend.

What we don't collect

  • Your real name (unless you put it in your contributor label and consent).
  • Precise geolocation. Country-level only via the IP→country resolver.
  • Cross-site tracking identifiers.

Third-party services

Google AdSense (civic-content ads) loads on every page. Until you accept the consent banner, ads serve in non-personalized mode using Google Consent Mode v2. After accepting, ads may be personalized using cookies set by Google. Outbound links to organizations and source URLs leave the platform and operate under their own privacy practices.

Your rights

Email reach-us@racist.systems to request account deletion, export your account data, or correct any record about you. We respond within 30 days.
